I especially liked the sentiments about women and the military. The sad fact is that even though everyone in the military knows what you're saying to be true, no one was ever really willing to say it except in quiet private conversations, because of the fear of some complaint that could ruin their careers, or lose them their educational benefits. As shown by the above, and the missed warning flags about the terrorist attack on Fort Hood, we can see that sentimentalism has even taken over our military. Sad to think about.
